Château Maxwell offers 5 types of apartments including Studio, 1 or 2 bedrooms, and penthouse suites ranging from 312 to 957 sq ft. All units are soundproof and feature universal access bathrooms, large closets, and individual balconies or terraces.

Yes, we have three elevators serving our 3-storey facility, ensuring easy access everywhere.

Yes, both indoor and outdoor parking are provided for residents and visitors.

Château Maxwell prides itself on its fine dining cuisine. Three nutritious meals await you daily on a four-week rotation schedule, plus a la carte options. If you have a favourite recipe or a special diet, we will gladly accommodate it.

Our residence features a hair salon, massage room, library, pool table, and a fitness center. You can also enjoy our outdoor 6-hole putting green, gazebo, and our aquatic spa & jacuzzi.

We provide a rich program including daily exercise programs, aqua fit, outings to theaters and restaurants, scenic drives, bridge, board games, bingo, choral groups, and guest speakers.

Yes we do! Transportation is offered for scheduled outings and shopping as organized by our Activity Manager.

Château Maxwell has qualified nurses available to all residents 7 days a week, a 24-hour on-site attendant, and regular doctor visits once a week.

Our Category 4 Assisted Living unit provides a safe, supervised environment with 24/7 personalized care, including 2.99 hours of care in a 24 hour period. This includes full assistance with hygiene, dressing, feeding, medication management, and regular health monitoring.

We understand moving is stressful. If your health level changes, our Director of Care and physician will assess your situation and help transition you seamlessly to our Assisted Living facility, all under the same roof.

We have an on-site attendant 24 hours a day, an electronic paging system, secure monitored entrance access, and security equipped with sprinklers and fire protection equipment.

Your guests are always welcome anytime—this is your home. You and your guests may dine in our elegant dining room, use the amenities, and overnight stays are happily accommodated.

Yes! The Family room offers privacy for birthdays, family get-togethers, and celebrations. It has a kitchenette for you to prepare your own food.

Persons 70 years or older may claim a tax credit equal to 39% of eligible expenses. Our dedicated staff will happily inform you about this program and assist with the appropriate documents.
